This Sales AGREEMENT is held solely between Autoglobe and you, OUR CUSTOMER. Advise Autoglobe immediately if incorrect goods are received.
No liability can be held by us if we are not notified on receipt of any incorrect goods. The vendor retains title over all goods supplied until all monies due have been paid in full.

Stock to be returned that has been incorrectly ordered or no longer required, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returned Items MUST be in saleable condition and returned at customers cost.

The 20% restocking fee can be waived if a new purchase order to the value of the returns is placed with us. Freight charges will apply for this purchase order.

Faulty products must be returned to Autoglobe or Sales Representative prior to your RFC being processed by your head office. All products covered with an in store (point of sale) replacement warranty only. Warranty on all products is a standard minimum of 12months unless otherwise stated.

Trade account terms are strictly 45 days from Statement date. Our policy is, if the account is outstanding over 60 days from statement date, orders will not be processed until the over due amount is settled. Non account holders will be sent a ProForma invoice for cleared payment prior to shipping of goods.
